Several folks have asked for the layout of the living area of the boat so I am posting schematics of the V-berth, main salon, and the aft cabin here.

This yacht is literally one of a kind. She was the prototype for a model that never went into production. While most Schuckers were motorsailers, this model is a true sail boat but with the Schucker flair for space utilization and roominess: you will not find a sailboat of this size with more room below decks anywhere. This yacht is absolutely beautiful, with a customized, light wood interior. It has many advantages of a larger yacht, including excellent headroom throughout (6’8 in the main salon) a stand up engine room (over 6’4) and a large spacious aft cabin, making this a most comfortable vessel for living aboard and both onshore and offshore cruising. This vessel sails like a dream, has been well maintained and upgraded by her present owners, and is very clean throughout.
Words to describe the interior would include spacious, bright, roomy, comfortable, and classy. The current owners have been cruising from Florida to the Chesapeake, but now due to health concerns they are moving to a trawler, so Ever After is ready for a new owner and new adventures.

The Schucker brand is a solid boat that sails well. Schuckers were built by Schucker Yachts in Cape Coral, Fl. They are known for their solid, hand-laid construction. The hull has six pairs of 1 1/2 oz. mat and 24 oz. woven roving over 3/4 oz. mat and gelcoat. From the waterline to the turn of the keel are four more pairs, for a total of 20 layers.

There is plenty of headroom in all areas including a walk in engine room backside to the head. Entry to the Master stateroom is a "walk around" layout with double entrance to head starboard and galley port. The main salon consists of a dinette to port (diner style) which converts to a double berth. A straight settee to starboard (single berth) which hides the spacious canned goods pantry. Forward of the dinette is a lighted liquor cabinet and storage. Aft of the dinette to port is the large galley partially open to the salon and opposite the galley is the sit-down nav station, which has tons of books shelves. Ever After is a true live aboard sail boat.
We live on her full time and believe in being comfortable, so things get used and fixed and updated often.

Cockpit looking aft. This view shows the custom shades with screens. You can also see the port side awning tied out to the side. A very handy feature we had built in when we replaced the enclosure. There is one on each side and roll up or zip off easily. We use the cockpit year round in all weather, so we had lots of comfy extras made for all conditions. * Note the cat stays with the owner!

Head facing aft and is on starboard side with entry to both the salon and Master State Room. Features a stand up shower stall also a bench seat. Toilet is a Levac electric. Quiet and easy to access. Few parts so few problems and easy to CLEAN around. TP storage behind commode and porthole with privacy cover. New teak shower floor.

This pantry is one 'can layer' deep which makes it so easy to find things. This picture is from just after I filled it the first time 2 years ago.
Hidden pantry completely open. Please note you can pull the settee back open and reach in, you dont have to take the whole seat back off like is shown in this picture.

Starboard side salon settee. pantry is behind this settee back.
